High Street Heroes: January

It's been a while but I thought I would trawl through the high street aimlessly so you don't have too!

With the weather being as crappy as it has been of late, I have spent most of my time trawling through coats, hats, gloves and scarves (amongst other things!)

This coat is gorgeous. This is a modern take on a classic duffle and I need this in my life, RIGHT NOW. This is perfect for the winter and goes with everything and then some. 

 I love the grey & tan mix. it's warm and chic as hell.

This is a wonderfully casual coat, perfect to take you all the way through to spring. It has a wonderful big hood, perfect for filtering out the wind and rain, or the commuters on the tube! There really isn't a bad word you can say about this coat. Just perfection!

You know I am a fan of copper and rose gold and I love a good pair of shoes these marry the two in spectacular sartorial fashion. 

These are perfect with a pair of boyfriend jeans and an oversized jumper. These may not be the most practical for the winter months but who needs practicality when you  have shiny shoes!!

New Look

I am a lover of a pencil skirt. Worn with a plan t-shirt and and pair of plimsolls, or with a
crisp shirt and a pair of fancy heels; you can never go wrong with one. I am loving New Looks new offering. This grid pencil skirt is not only amazing but it is perfect for a good, tasteful pattern clash and it's in one of my favourite colours. Navy! Win!

If you aren't feeling as brave a white oversized t-shirt would be a perfect accompaniment to this skirt.
A wonderful win for the January blues.
