It is a feast for the eyes and for the soul. It is definitely up there as one of my 'special' places in London, alongside Borough Market and The Southbank. It has everything; food, fresh herbs, flowers, succulents, floral accessories and all the things in-between. Sometimes there is no better feeling than returning home laden with brown paper wraps of fragrant happiness after a long and leisurely brunch. It can get a little busy, but you'll miss the crowds if you go early!
If you love flowers and haven't the time to arrange your own there are a number of websites/florists who deliver perfectly partnered florals direct to your door. A website that has caught my attention of late is the wonderful Bloom & Wild.
Prices range from £20 to £33 per bouquet and are delivered, literally through the door for you. No early mornings, no broken nails and nicks from rose thorns. All the floral beauty, with none of the fuss.
If you opt for the monthly subscription, no two bouquets are the same, depending on the first floral arrangement the colour scheme will match, so you needn't worry about hideous clashes with your home decor.
